gotta: Good to see you've jumped on board with kkw's suggestion for the header name.

kkw: I agree with the positive sentiments expressed in your post except I think there is no chance of a Feb spud for PS3. The Rig and MM are still in Atlantic and not scheduled to reach Cape Town until end of January. They were doing only 3.7 knots yesterday but appear to have increased to 4.2knots. Even so, according to the Sea Distances.org calculator, it'll take 49 days 17 hrs to get from CT to PH and that is at 4.5 knots. So at that speed it'll be mid March arrival and then an extra few days to position and prep. for spud.
Of course if they get favourable winds and currents that time length will be shortened somewhat. Also the rig spec's do give a transit speed of 6knots so I guess you never know what speed you can achieve until you do it. However, my expectation is they wont be spudding until last week of March but that is just my guess and nothing more. Cheers.
