    I think the big buyer at 9.8 cents realises that to get his fill he would have to wipe a few lines and step up to 10.5 cents, he had a bit of time until the close of trade to be sold into so he sits and waits.

    Wouldn't be surprised to see him complete his order at the necessary price just before close or in the auction though as there is potentially news coming on Monday.
