Ya, the ex-Apache guys at Quandrant and the CVN guys sound better that “your average oil and gas joes”.
Is this a correct assessment and how much extra value do “smart operators “ add to this scenario going forward?
I mean, could just about anyone take over this operation from here, because everynthing is pretty straight forward, or would really smart operators (hopefully, that's our guys!) add lots of value.
In other words, in this game going forward, how important is the “people” factor?
