CVN lacks an obvious local buyer my view. What would be the synergies with BPT ?
BPT couldn't even control a small onshore development, hence the recent downgrade.
The Australian E+P sector needs a shake up, but lacks the management to carry this out [Santos aside]. The obvious plan would be for BPT to take over WGO and control the Perth basin development.
