Of course all that is a possibility, and if the oil is there I'm sure there will be a way to fund it eventually. Dorado has Santos to push it along so that's going to happen with or without CVN along for the ride. Buffalo, well let's see. My view is based on what I know of the people and the company, and if you've ever been to the office you would know that its not a big organisation. You need horsepower to be a producer in your own right which would be the case for Buffalo as it currently stands. My suspicion is that production isn't the end game for CVN, but time will tell and as long as the SP reflects true value I'm happy either way.
