Pressure on competing technologies encouraging oil displacement also have to contend with a new brutal reality, Funding for Fraccing will become alot harder to get, given the death blows happening now, fold this with a Democrats win 2020 and conventional oil will have its day again.

CVN share price is more attractive to buy, while in the downturn, a trader will probably make money from guessing Russian strategy in the short term.
