You need to start with the last 10% sold, double that plus and 20% to that value because of the permits that we have 20% in then add the cash we have then divide that total by the number of shares and that gives you the SP value not counting any future value they can get out of it.
I would think it will be somewhere between 35/45c but that’s just my thoughts
