Sorry I just could not resist this but.....
If your Stockhouse poster reckons 50c - 84c for CVN in 2003 based on 40% how does that look for Canadian Pacific Tiger Energy (CA:PTE), with 60% and operator.
Mid value CVN 67c (= ten times the current price)
x 171m shares = $A115m
$A115m x 60/40 = $A172m for PTE
$A172m divided by 25m shares = $A6.90 = $C6.00
(= 50 times the current price of 12c per share)
Bottom line is PTE offers five times the leverage at current prices but as Yogi says the Canadian market has to wake up to materialise this. If it all falls in a heap you are gone either way.
