I think it will depend on the nature of the proposed pipeline. If it's one with sufficient capacity for other users that will then drive further exploration around the Bedout then it's a prime candidate for NAIF. I suspect with Santos in the drivers' seat that's what they will go for, they won't be looking for a small pipeline to connect Dorado and Roc, they'll be looking to open a new frontier basin.

But it's all rather moot at this point because it is probably a decade down the track. Commercialising the oil at Dorado will be their first objective.
