I think you're naive. Last October it was announced that Perth's refinery in Kwinana is to be closed, meaning that we will be almost entirely reliant on imported fuels. Hard to see CVN's oil being kept to ensure fuel security for Australia under the current circumstances; our oil will have to be exported.
