Well..that is what professional short sellers do as well as match the after end of day by 20 shares or so to keep or force the price down
rough figures they have 20 million dollars or a bit less invested in cvn reducing slowly on a daily basis over the last month or so
most of the market down today and cvn is up got figure..so i expect the shorter is going to close out a million or so today...but heres their problem volume is VERY light...and no rush to the bottom....most now appear to be hard nosed sophificated investors that like to ramble about nothing
