it is the uncertainty factor. As we will not be producing for a few years yet, there is no telling what the price of oil could be then . If you are a producer , then you might be able to take advantage of oil price jumps .
, even temporary ones.
When we get closer to production, we might see CVN management decide to sell some production forward to lock in a price . It would also keep the banks happy .
