The ASIC ban is well overdue. Won't impact much on Monday though as I doubt the shorters would have been taking out new shorts on much on Monday anyway.
A little bit of "after the horse has bolted" imho.
Perhaps covered shorts should be allowed again eventually, but only when they've devised suitable transparency, and equal access to the device.
