Depends on how much was taken out in the last few weeks, that now have to be covered.
I presume that the ban means that anyone who has taken any short position on any share will now have to buy those shares back tommorrow regardless of the price and give back to its owner..? If this is the case the sp will have a significant buying pressure and thus rise until those positions are covered.
