Another contributor opined about shorters of another stock that companies with good fundamentals and cash are good targets.
CVN imo fits this criteria.
The short term speculators/ traders are the target shareholders.
They provide the shorters with the golden eggs.
The company in this case CVN will continue with their plans and have the cash to do so.
The longs will remain long.
The shorters don't want to kill this goose as long as there are speculators/traders to skim.
