The good: Dow is currently up 700 points and oil is up 5% on expectation that Opec and Russia will cut production,
The bad: Australia will be one of the countries worst affected by the economic fallout from the coronavirus, slashing growth by at least half a percentage point, amid expectations the Reserve Bank will deliver an emergency interest rate cut to protect the economy.
