If you read STO announcements you will notice they are attempting to be the lowest cost producer in Australia and Dorado features prominently in their 2025 production targets. Gold plated I would guess not. In their latest announcements they are still aiming for FEED entry in Q2. Would Quadrant have achieved similar time frames?
And of course they're driving, they're the operator after all.
