The Reuters consensus of opinion for CVE is SELL. They have a sliding scale with SELL on the left hand side, BUY on the right hand side, & HOLD in the middle. The scale is all the way to the left. There are no reasons given; it's just a consensus. I presume it's related to political instability, but I could be wrong. I will be a buyer if & when it hits 40c.
FYI
HZN has an OUTPERFORM rating (nearly halfway between HOLD & BUY).
OSH has an OUTPERFORM rating (1/3 of the way between HOLD & BUY).
ROC has an OUTPERFORM rating (just over the HOLD line).
BPT has a HOLD rating (just on the SELL side of HOLD).
BOW has a HOLD rating (right in the middle of the scale).
