Whilst I'm not getting into shite fight between Lordy & others. I will restated that CVN management handled the PAVIO oil discovery & from that date onwards extremely poorly. I voted "No" to the reset of the amount of shares that can be raised by CR available per-annum, as they have provided no business reason; "the board wants it" - that is pitiful.
