I'm in the red now too, but I can't see how you can blame management for the sp dropping the way it has. I'm sure they would prefer it to be way higher and stable rather than the way it has dropped to this unreasonable level. However that's the way markets behave at times and if I was smarter I might have resisted the urge to invest/speculate and have cash waiting for this market to collapse to take advantage of it. But I don't so it's back to the longer game and wait it out.
