There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. At times various financial institutions can exert a lot of pressure if they are left out of the action and this is often to the detriment of mum and dad shareholders. Yet if management don't bow down the company could suffer and shareholders fare even worse. So I am reluctant to agree with you on calling them out when in the past they have done quite well. Yes I'm disappointed the sp isn't higher.....I'm losing money, but I don't think I'm in full possession of the facts.
