The Explanatory Notes for the AGM provide more detail on these allocations and point to an ASX Announcement by CVT on 12 March 2015.
Extract from AGM notice in Explanatory Notes:
"Resolutions 6A‐6D are proposed to seek shareholder approval for the issue of a total of 906,994 unlisted options and 132,167 ordinary fully paid shares to certain Directors of the Company following a review of achievements during the half‐year ended 31 December 2014. The intended issue, subject to shareholder approval, was the subject of an ASX announcement by the Company on 12 March 2015. "
The allocations relate to work achievements performed 2H 2014 in the lead up to and during the listing of CVT. The Board awarded and approved the allocations back in March 2015. The share price in March 2015 was near / just below $0.33.
I no longer have a concern regarding these allocations.
