Wow! CVT's Auditors state that that CVT has "Material uncertainty regarding continuation as a going concern", the accounts show they have burnt $27 Million (with Cash receipts from Customers totalling $39k), and Management states that they will need to do a Capital Raising ("cash flow projections is dependent upon the Group being able to raise additional cash funding through the issue of debt and/or equity securities"), and the share price goes up?
