I think the issue right now is Carnegie hasn't proved it has a viable business. If it had, then the sp would have sky rocketed by now. Based on the figures that have been published CETO 5 is only viable on remote islands that currently use diesel. CETO 6 is looking to make significant cost improvements on this but it's more than a year away. The team at Carnegie have done amazing but looks like there is still a long road ahead.
