Novice question here.
With the T/O accepted and confirmed; is just a matter of sit and wait until shareholders vote which is expected in the second quarter of calendar year 2022?
So once this happens; when do we get our $13.10 per share cash payment?
Just strange the price isn't closer to the t/o price. does this mean the market thinks there is a possibility shareholders will vote it down?
