It is also my personal experience as I am seriously thinking to go to WA for retirement.
CWP seems well placed in that environment, with a large exposure to WA and detached house (including land).
It is true that they need a scenario where the government (including states) supports the market, until there is a return to a more normal population growth (thanks to immigration). I think that's a realistic scenario looking at the budget.
