According to Corelogic, Perth dwelling prices increased by 0.25 % in September and 0.5 % MTD in October. It looks to me that it may be just the beginning of the increase of dwelling prices in Perth for all the reasons we know (rather low absolute prices vs other capitals, good job market in Perth, government and state incentives...). Interesting to see that it is happening while borders are closed. I wonder what will happen when they open the state borders.
Obviously, Cedar Woods is one of the main beneficiaries of this trend.
Just wonder if there are other major beneficiaries to this trend (in property or other sectors).
