Nobody has said these addresses belong to Satoshi. Craig claimed them to be his own when they actually, clearly, aren’t. This was the final list Craig submitted to the courts as “his” addresses. The 145 messages sent from this file clearly prove that those coins are not Craig’s. It does not matter whose they are. Craig has never proven that he even owns one BTC. Past testimony from his wife from a few years ago indicate that he had 14 BTC on Mt Gox.
Why would Satoshi have 14 BTC on Mt Gox?
