The banks will be in a quandary and I think unlikely to want to apply the squeeze too hard... their security over assets means that they are relying not just on the value of the land, but also on the value of the vines themselves to cover the debt.
A quick sale of assets might be risky for them at this point. Would certainly have to be sold as a going concern vineyard to be able to cover the debt.
