cx trades on prr, page-3

It looks like someone is determined to hold the price of PRR below the 0.18c mark. Every time it reaches 0.18 the CX trades arrive and push the price back down. I wonder if they know something that we don't and are intent on holding the price down prior to an important announcement.
Just paranoid, I guess.
