I think you have misunderstood the post.
I was simply providing the example of the price changes last year. Similar this year might see it drop to closer to $1, pre-June, then bounce back late June, early July. Maybe that drop has already occurred...
Point is, tax loss selling is a thing, but so, it seems, is the post tax loss selling rebound.
Of course, no guarantees.
