Yip fully agree (and yeah even if BP33 were delayed for whatever reason, its 5 years away before we would actually need it and in no way would it's delay be a deal breaker for FID).
Although its always nice to know everything is all squared away in the background and they are just waiting for the rubber stamp in China before we can officially get started. Given that we've already got the MMP and the Mineral Lease however, I'd say this report is more of a compliance exercise with the new legislation if anything.
