The Peter Lynch fair value formulae is just a basic EPS and growth rate formulae. Basic maths, negative times positive = negative. I guess primary school maths wasn't your strong point!!
As the report shouts this out in red saying:
The Peter Lynch formula can work well if you have a robust EPS starting point and good long-term EPS growth rate estimates. Neither applies in this instance due to the unknown variable of Spod/Hydroxide prices. Only a muppet would be stupid enough to think that using a Peter Lynch calculation is sensible when it involves negative EPS as an input. Well done on receiving the muppet of the day award.
