The only problem with continuous disclosure rules is these announcements are out premarket so you get gap ups on open that will usually always get filled. Interesting topic. I’d like to think the announcement itself will not let this trade back to 86c but I have a feeling it almost certainly will. Long term this just shores up CXO’s future but and the market just has these silly things that play out. This is monumental and I’m still 100% confident of my previous call of $1 this month.
