Haven't had a look at the CXO chart for a while so thought i'd throw up a chart:
Recap
* The 2nd impulse played out nicely from the break out of the first bull flag.
* The 2nd impulse was a very similar distance to the flag pole of the 1st impulse move.
* After hitting the first target we have profit taking and minor consolidation
Prediction
Like you all i'm hoping for a nice SP push, my next target is $0.50 which would be the same distance as the 1st and 2nd impulse moves.
Why ?
*We look to be consolidating into another bull flag
*Price has had a nice pull back to the 0.5 fibs
*Declining selling volume
Note - We do have a bearish cross on the MAC-D but i'm not too worried about this.
