I should add the back veranda now has the most expensive tiles in the city by far... if you recalculate what that sold parcel to fund the job would be worth today!!
But as they say happy wife, happy life. Just don't do as I have done and make the mistake of bringing up the forgone profits.!!! Not sure how this relates to the charting thread, except to say because of my charting the "sold parcel" was as small as possible as I knew I was "eating our seed wheat."
