its a dump and pump. how is this legal but a pump and dump illegal. i feel anyone with more than 2% of a company and deemed to be a sophisticated investor shouldnt be allowed to day trade. short or long. its just marlet manipulation. its not investing. its arbitrage. they should pay a buy/sell fee like everyone else.
