Whatever is going on, this highlighted area looks corrective in nature to me (messy and overlapping waves on the 15 min chart) following what was clearly an impulse wave from $1.00, which suggests there is a further impulse up leg to come. Not sure what the larger count is at the moment and hopefully the next move starts to clarify where we are (either still in a larger Wave 2 correction or into larger Wave 3).
