Not that I’ve sold any for a while now , just accumulated some at a lot higher prices last year.. but if I was to sell some tomorrow ( as in the parcels I’ve lost on ) who’s to say I’m not just trying to trade my way out of losses by selling and buying back ( even if the first trade was at a huge loss to counteract any profit in next financial yr ) … yet the tax department might see as washing .. I see as trading to try claw back losses ?
