    I'm guessing it's part of the BEOT strategy to shake out more retail before they rip it higher when they and the board are loaded up....
    there is probably a growing risk of T/O from left field as consolidation of owners of rock picks up pace. I wouldn't be surprised to see quiet accumulation here from a potential acquirer.
