There were also contractual penalties involved in not meeting those off take agreements..
I assume they were able to purchase the same product without any loss, as I believe we would be liable for the difference if not.
In hindsight the contracts that were drawn up originally were absolutely terrible.. there was a massive shortage of lithium and it was in high demand hence the explosion in price why did the company not put in a safe floor price above production cost?
Although I think for what we have the company is very undervalued.. in saying that I also think we have not seen the worst of this.. PLS is one of the market leaders and I think we are about to see that share price significantly pull back when it is shown they are losing a huge amount of money in production, and like it or not when they fall we fall.. it's gonna be a rough testing year for holders..
