Michael Fein/Bloomberg News BOSTON (AP) — State Street Corporation has agreed to pay a $115 million criminal penalty to resolve charges that it schemed to defraud clients by secretly overcharging some of its customers for as long as 17 years, federal investigators said Thursday.
A substantial holder with a long history of fraud owns a large part of our company ........that's just not on!!!
Is any one surprised that they are allegedly loaning out CXO shares to shorters...thats' to people that bet against our company and damage it by driving the SP down..........unacceptable !!
