If I were Hartleys, this would be my strategy ...

    1. Straight after the Cap Raise, flood the sell depth above 10c to put a cap on the SP whilst selling a few shares to turn a quick profit.

    2. Make sure the SP never falls below 9c during the SPP period so that shareholders would still be motivated buy their allotment. That way CXO get their much needed funding.

    3. After the SPP, let the SP fall below 9c and mop up everything available.

I believe we are now at stage 3. The SP will remain under 9c until Hartleys have bought back as much as they can at sub-CR prices to maximise their eventual gain.

IMO, the real pump hasn't begun yet.

Evidence of this strategy??? Hartleys sold approx 15M shares in October at an average 10.76c (20% gain or $1.61M profit distributed to clients).

Amazing how straight after the SPP closes, suddenly the SP falls below 9c. Coincidence??? Volume has dried right up as not many retail holders are keen to sell at these prices, except maybe for those who got in early. I'll bet anything that if we review broker data in a few weeks time, Hartleys will be a net buyer of stock under 9c (probably 15M or more).

As a retail investor, having to exercise patience whilst these games play out really sucks.
