Maybe a load of the sell orders have expired; they've probably been there at over 9 or 10c for a month. Personally I never place a sell order well above the bid price. What's the point; you're only deterring buyers from bidding up. Better to just drop your sell order in when the price is right. This is obviously a bit of a plaything at the moment but hopefully that'll all change soon.
