Yes "personal reasons" was the reason given. I am not sure why others are claiming that he is leaving because his only expertise is in exploring..and that some big wig business savy exec is going to replace him.
If someone is involved in a company they enjoy..wouldn't they just hire..surround themselves with the right people to continue the development of their company. ?..and enjoy seeing their efforts have earned success ?
