It’s always better for a company to get well established before giving shareholders a piece of the pie so to speak.
Using that money to move into phase 2 and/or develop in another aspect of the companies growth will be much more financially rewarding for shareholders imo.
Personally I’d prefer a doubling of production over a 5% dividend payout.
