So basically this all relates to one mine at Kakadu, now that ranger is closing down jabiru is imploding into poverty, well so my sister inlaw tells me whom works as a leagal representative for the local TO there at jabiru, shops have colsed, businesses have left , massive unemployment ect ect, well l guess they do have a few years of rehabilitation without any royalties, we all have different perspectives, l have lived and worked in and around first nations people's most of my life and have a great respect for many l know, l think your perspective comes from one area only from the information/links you supplied, not every TO agrees with the views of some outspoken members of one part of Australia
