if they were to spin out the non-core (core - lol) assets then they should do it now, while the spin out might see an asset worth around $50m on the basis of the promising uranium and gold assets actually represent a material coupon (10%) for shareholders.
if they wait until we're valued at 1.5bn, that coupon diminishes to 3.3% (nothing much gained)
