Ting has 30.5M options and most of them expire in May and December 2027.

He gets paid A$400K per year. And yes 10% of the bonus pool if the company is bought out.

It was made crystal clear at the AGM that Ting is the main man technically for 4DS - as you would expect as the CTO - but Guido works with him (on a part time basis) and so does Joseph Tzou (Tester). We were told by DM that it was Ting that dug us out of the bunker that was PL3.

So is he extremely important to the company? I'd say so.
