    one by one the high pe stocks are coming back to earth CXP is a standout pe 25 yield %1.5 parent company in a lot of problems & with hard times to come here i cant see to many companies spending more on stationary,they keep saying %35 growth ,yeah so what you would need that year on year to pay the current pe for CXP.much better safe buys then CXP.
